WARRANTY INFORMATION:

The warranty information below does not apply to any devices or products brought from Three Store Tuam. Check out Three.ie  for more information
REPAIRS: 3-month warranty. This is a warranty and not insurance therefore it does not cover user damage, accidental or otherwise.

BATTERIES: 6-month warranty. This does not cover user damage and/or negligence due to incorrect charging procedures and damage due to the use of uncertified cables.

DEVICES: 12-month warranty. Upon purchase, you have a 7-day cooling-off period. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund once in original, undamaged packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Returns outside this time will be taken at the discretion of staff and management. Be nice and we will be nice!
